Help ID extensive pro 2006 modifications please.

Can anyone help me identify what visible modifications you suspect are done to this this scanner that was on ebay....

S-meter (x2?)
Descrminiator out
detachable power cable

the rest I am lost on
2 rheostat
3 toggle switches
1 momentary switch
LCD screen on top

any help would be appreciated. I have never seen one with this many modifications.... Its been a while since I have seen bill cheeks books...

I have a Pro 2006 that I modified using Bill Cheeks books.

The bar graph on the far left of the front of the scanner looks like a S-meter (vertical meter).
the 5 LEDs on the front could be "center frequency" indicator, showing wether freq is off either high or low.
The LCD display on the top is a "hit counter" for a specific channel. Number of times it receives a certain freq.

Sorry I can't help out with all the stuff on the back.

I loved my old 2006, I would love to know if repaired what that thing can do or monitor?! I remember years back it would lock down on Mobile phones dialing I could hear entire conversations!!!
