Help installing ctcss docoder

hi to all from mexico, well this is my first post here, been a lurker for some time, I am not a computer expert, i am trying to install ctcss decoder but i am lost on how to open the SDRSharp.exe.Config file, do i need a special program or i am doing something wrong, been up to date with SDR#v1.0.0.1317, i ready install the plug in for scanner, any help is welcome amigos.

You'll need Plugins.xml instead

Open and edit it with Notepad.

thanks for the info but I am still not getting right, i copy this to config file like this
<add key="CTCSSDecoder" value="SDRSharp.CTCSSDecoder.CTCSSDecoderPlugin,SDRSharp.CTCSSDecoder" />

Please read my last post. If you're using SDR# 1317, then forget the config file. Place the line in Plugins.xml
