Help me with my discrimator tap / Setting up applications

First off, I would like to make it clear that I have very little understanding as to what im doing setting this up.

I set up a discriminator tap on my Pro-528. I installed UniTrunker. I connected the scanner and CPU with an audio cable, and im fairly certain that it's receiving data.

Now what? I opened up UniTrunker, and have it set up as the following:
Type: Signal
Model: Discriminator
Run: Running
Audio port: Creative SB (which it is plugged in through)
Sample rate: 96000
Sample Size: 16
Channel: Mono

The scope is flat.

I am currently not getting any audio through my discriminator tap.

I followed the directions for the audio-out tap on mods.dk.

Trunker ever going to work on Vista?

It will in a virtual machine. http://www.virtualbox.org/

The host would be Vista and the guest OS would be XP.
