I am using the ARC250 software to program my BC796D scanner.
I can go to the internet tab and connect with Radio Reference as I have an account.
I have a bank that is set up for trunk tracking the local police, fire, and EMS and no longer want to use it for that.
I select Clear current bank and all channels go blank.
However looking at the Trunk > ID list ... I see the old descriptions are still there.
Where did they come from as I do not recall entering them?
Do I need to clear or change them?
I want to use this bank for non trunked frequencys. Mostly air frequency's.
Do I need to change some setting before downloading the non trunked frequency's to it or does the ARC250 program do that?
