HELP! Private Mail Problem

I am trying to contact a member via Private Message and cannot get message to send.

I viewed "My Account" only to see a pack of messages in the "Out box" while others were in the "Sent Box".

It appears that messages in the "Out Box" are awaiting transmission.

I wrote the RR Help Desk last week but have not heard back yet.

Please let me know what I should do next.

I appreciate any help anyone can provide.

The messages in the outbox means the user you sent it to has not logged in to receive their messages. When the user receives the message, it will be moved to the sent box. Hope this helps :)

This might be a good time for people to review thier profile settings. You should always have set your profile to notify you (via email) when you have a PM waiting. Occasionally it is good to take a look at your inbox, just incase you missed the notification.

Also, messages do not move to the "Sent" box until they are read by the receipient, at which time they move from you "Outbox".
