Help Programming a BC-785D for FleetNet

Is there anyone in the Hamilton/Niagara area that could re-program FleetNet on a BC785D for me? I'm happy to pay for the service. Cheers.

If you're willing to give it a try, there is a very detailed guide here specifically for FleetNet, the system hasn't changed much in a while and all info is still relevant it seems.

Just enter the Skylon tower (site 13) if your in Niagara Falls. TG would be Highway Safety Division and Hamilton CACC. If you want the QEW then also add site 07.
