Help programming BC796D

I need help programming a BC796D. I would like to get all the freq from the major cities and surrounding areas. My wife and I travel ALOT since we are shuttling foster kids around so it would be nice to hear what is going on around us. I looked at the program on the PC but I just don't know where to start. I love in College Station TX and travel often to Dallas, Houston, Austin, Waco..... Does anyone have a program that they could burn for me or email me? I would like the trunked and standard freq. from the Police, ems..... not drivethrus and such.
