Help Programming BCD396T new 800Mhz

I previously had manually programmed Lake Co. Florida's sheriff's dept. since they only had 2 VHF apco25 frequencies, now since mid July it has gone quite, from what I gathered they upgraded to 700/800Mhz but not a trunked system still listed as digital ap25 just 800mhz. and I don't understand how to program the new frequencies. If anyone can upload a file that has all of Lake Co. public safety services that I can use with FreeScan to put it into my scanner I would appreciate the help? Or if anyone knows a website that has user forums that help cover this would also be appreciated. I strictly only want to listen to Lake co. services but do not have a membership status to directly connect my scanner using FreeScan to download the frequencies into the scanner, If I was going to scan several other area's or travel a lot I would probably then get the proper membership. but for a one time update is not benificial at this time.

You can use the FreeScan EZGrab feature to transfer the information from the database to FreeScan without having a premium membership.

Also keep in mind that there is a 90 day premium membership for $7.50.
