Help programming BCD436HP in the city of Santa Clara

I am a beginner and I am trying to programming a Uniden BCD436HP in the city of Santa Clara, CA (95051). I am having trouble programming it. The Santa Clara groups do not appear by putting in my zip code in, so I have to enter them manually. The System type they use is "Project 25 phase ii " , System voice is "APCO-25 Common air interface Exclusive. My question is what system type do I pick on the Scanner. P25 trunk, P25 x2-TDMA, P25 One frequency, Motorola, EDACS, LTR, Conventional? I have tried P25 X2-TDMA and it doesn't seem to work using their instructions entering them under favorites. Please help.

Use Sentinel:
Click to open USA
Pick California
select Santa Clara
County System
scroll down to Silicon Valley Regional Communication System
right click on it and choose to append Fav list and either create a new List or put it in one you already have.

Have you updated the database via Sentinal?

Are you using Sentinal software, or are you trying to do this with the keypad?
