Which site(s) do you have programmed in? There are 6 listed for Kanawha County. Perhaps the talkgroup isn't carried on the site(s) you're listening to or is rarely used? Maybe it went encrypted but no one noticed/reported the change? Numerous possibilities. Are you able to hear any other talkgroup carried on the system?I have all the Primary and secondary frequencies I still don't get any thing on my uniden bcd325p2

Yes6927 is a statewide emergency ops talkgroup which most likely is rarely used. You need to scroll down to the Kanawha Co talkgroups further down in the database. West Virginia Statewide Interoperability Radio Network (SIRN) Trunking System, Statewide, West Virginia - Scanner Frequencies (radioreference.com) You will see fire, EMS, law enforcement, and public works talkgroups for the county. What city are you near to? There are 6 sites on the SIRN system for Kanawha Co. Are you using programming software?
Are you within range of all of them? There may lie your problem. It is suggested to only scan one site at a time (site hold). Preferably the one closest geographically to you. Again, are you able to pick up any other talkgroup on the system??I have all of them

In mountainous areas, which West Virginia is, you can easily have 6 sites within range. Especially if you live in a valley region. I live in such an area in Colorado I am in range of 11 sites and I am only using the stock sds200 back-of-radio antenna.I’m not saying it’s impossible, but it is extremely unlikely you are within range of 6 sites in the same system. That means the system architect is wasting their coverage area by having 6 site covering one area.
I monitor an industrial communication system and can receive at least 5 sites reliability, and my area is near the coastal plain. Hilly at best. It depends on your antenna/preamp setup, geographic makeup of the land, etc. The end user might be only operating on one site but it doesn't mean us geeks with scanners can't pull in other sitesI’m not saying it’s impossible, but it is extremely unlikely you are within range of 6 sites in the same system.
