I've moved to Parramatta - I am originally from New Zealand where I was a 24/7 365 scanner listener.
So, naturally things sound rather quiet to me here with not being able to listen to what's going on. I'm keen to listen to what I can in this region. I know police are encrypted, but fire/ambo/aviation are other areas I used to regularly listen to.
I have BCT15X scanners, so probably not new enough to listen to the transmissions from here. Keen to get my hands on a pre-programmed radio with frequencies I'll be able to listen to in my area, alternatively, if there's anything streamed online that someone could give me access to, that would be amazing!
