Help to identify new user agent

Over the past couple days I've noticed a new user agent on my feed, and it seemed to have a lot of user between 30-50 users at various times. It has come down but it still varies between 10-20 users even at night where my feed is usually pretty quiet.

The user agent is ONTARIO, in all caps.

My feed is located in the province of Ontario, Canada, but I'm curious what this could be, a new app perhaps?

Sometimes when I get a high number of listeners for no reason all all that looks different I disconnect for a minute and reconnect. Flush the tank.

Yes I have gotten that before as well, but usually they skyrocket quickly for a few hours, then come down and stay down. This one is sticking around at a lower number and I've never seen ONTARIO before. I'm just curious what it is, more than why it was having so many listeners.
