I need help trying to figure out how to download and then upload to my scanner I want Macoupin and Montgomery counties in Illinois From the available counties I am not determine how to load them as had no success and not sure what extension to use or if they need to be edited I also want the Starcom system loaded for ISP frequencies I have the instruction manual but the scanner was an early model when i bought it probably about 2007 Any assistance or where to find this info would be appreciated I can aget them downloaded in TXT but the other optional database does make sense thank you
