TwoToneDetect Help with notifications

FD tone notify works and records, but doesn't email me. Two Tone Detect doesn't detect tones and record them to send.

Okay. You should not have to restart using that. Built-in windows RDP redirection will cause problems.

Yes I've tried both. Pages aren't always being received. Andy thought it was my soundcard, but I don't see how.

Have you tried adjusting the threshold? Download audacity and set it to VOX.

VOX: Audacity -> Edit -> Preferences -> Recording -> Sound activated recording -> Enable -> Level -60

I just left the monitor on and it seems to be working. Maybe the problem was that the monitor being asleep didn't recognize anything.

Is this audio port on the monitor and the monitor connected via USB?

I'm hoping it'll still work. It kinda makes sense because the settings are trying to recognize the monitor as the output. I don't have external speakers yet.

True. Go to your control panel and disable the HDMI output.

Right click the monitor name
Disable
Apply

I did that overnight and a page was received, but not recorded and emailed out.

Yeah it's not working again. It's very strange why it works one time, but not others.

ok some email is hard to get working on two tone only email i was able get work is a gmail after you create a app password in the google account with 2 step enable Sign in with app passwords - Google Account Help and enter the apps password in the config instead of the actual password

you problem will need create a apps password for outlook
