Help with the new Delaware system!

Can any one help me figure out why I can't receive any signal off of the new Delaware system? I'm trying to hear it off of the sussex county tower. I'm using a PSR-500 I've downloaded the info right off of the DB with ARC500. I can't seem to get a thing even if I just enter in the control channels to see if I can get any signal.

Have you enter all frequencies into scanner for sussex

Cause Sussex is using non rebanded frequencies I would enter all and you should be fine

I do not. I only have the control channels. I'll add them all in and give it a shot tonight when I get back down. Thank you!
