Did you check Dave Schoenberger's site? He has the old 400 mhz system detailed there, on the PG county page. The 380 mhz system can't be tracked with the 296.
[edit] Oops, looks like he took it off his site. I know freqhopping has UASD files for the area, though - and they're text files, so it's easy to read them with a good notepad editor. Here's the URL - don't forget to set up a base/offset for the system, assuming it's still on the air...
