I am legelly blind and did not realize how difficult it would be to program the Unidentifiable scanner I bought. It is a BCD996P2. I would be very great full if anyone could give me help. I would be happy to pay you for your time

There is a Monix Radio Monitoring Club out of Middletown who may be able to assist you. They have Facebook and Yahoo pages if you want to do a search. They also have monthly in-person meetings where they program scanners, and they may even make an exception for you if you can't get to a meeting.
