15760kHz at 0338UTC/1638 NZDST I came a cross this station that I thought was probably another CRN1 or International but wasn't showing on my EiBi listing - I went to Dan's list and it's a surprise - the entry came via Aoki - "SOH Xi Wang Zhi Sheng" in Chinese/Cantc Miaoli from Taiwan but only 100Watts - sounded like a chat show with occasional bursts of music. S7 to S9 with minor fading and no jamming. According the to the listing he's on the air from 2200 to 1500 UTC with a non-directional antenna so he's going strong for 17 hours! Give him a try soon - it's afternoon in Taiwan and it'll be dark there about 0800UTC on the gray line for me. Winradio G33DDC and a large triangular loop.

PS....Unfortunately he was swamped by R.Marshaal coming on air with 300kWatts at 0400UTC so that killed it!
