I could be wrong but I think is not the right forum for that question? there are forums below that are sorted by state though I think. :)

Good luck.

The 2 meter band has standard repeater offsets so most input frequencys are easy to figure out. The input frequency (what the user transmits on) is 600 KHz away from the repeater's transmit frequency (what the user listens to). Most amateur radios have these offsets already preset so if you tune to 146.98 MHz, the radio knows that this frequency has a negative offset and will set itself to transmit on 146.38 MHz. There are a few frequencies that could go either way (such as 147.00 MHz) and the repeater listing will indicate if there's a + or - offset (you'll need to configure the radio to match manually).

This link has a chart listing the standard offsets on the 2 meter amateur band. Standard 2-Meter Amateur Radio Repeater Input Frequency Offsets

Are you sure the repeater output isn't 146.985? 146.98 is not a standard repeater output; .985 is.

In most areas the spacing in the 146-147 MHz portion is 15 khz repeater outputs starting at 146.61.
