Yeah, probably 9/11 prep. I'm sure it had nothing to do with the attack in Qatar.

The "EAM" craze is mostly a lot of administrative messages, not about 9/11 or the Israelis dropping bombs on Qatar. All EAMs are pre-formatted and one can not compress an entire current event SITREP into a 15 character message. Traffic analysis is not a measure of impended military action either.

The USAF is going to use MILSTAR, AEHF, and other satellite networks with 'Flash' traffic if things kick off.
