History of a frequency entry for Village of Maywood

I see this entry in the database and am wondering how a frequency licensed to Cook County ended up as an entry for Maywood Village Operations. Does anyone know the history or are there any historical details in the database? Obviously all I can see is the below and there is nothing referenced in the Wiki under Maywood. Thanks in advance.

The last CARMA Profile from 2012 had that listed for Maywood as "Unknown Use".

I suspect it might have been used at the County facility at Maybrook and improperly deduced as used by the Village.
