Some talkgroups recorded last week on West Maui during the first Kona Storm - as I am not from the area, I do not have enough information to submit. Maybe this will help someone:
7823 - "Oscar 5 to ARFF". TG ID numbering suggests HNL airport operations of some sort.
7880 - had voice traffic, but nothing I could even discern.
7881 - communications between two people, "are they going to following you?" and "we got the west side locked down"
7950 - communications between emergency shelters in Kula, and on Lanai and Molokai
Overall, this system seems like it would be difficult but satisfying to map out. Things that I could identify, I submitted. There are no site licenses (WPTZ784 seems to be used as a blanket 700mhz license to State), but HIWIN website does have a coverage map with site names and locations - just no frequencies. If someone more local to the areas had that and RSSI monitor, the puzzle could be put together better.
