I'm not sure about that specific one, however the same traffic would be carried on the 453.900 simulcast from Elsmere. You'll have no problem hearing that from the Hockessin area. I hear it all over South Jersey, New Castle County, and into PA.
You could also try the 453.300 and 453.050 patches. In the past I thought they had better audio than 453.900, but one of them does have a noise/interference issue from time to time, so I gave up trying to listen to them. You'd need both of them to hear everything that is carried on the 453.900.

Whenever I'm up in the Limestone Rd area in upper Pike Creek I use Millcreek Station 2 repeater

Works well up that away and should be good into Hockessin area.
