Does anyone have a list put together of Unit IDs for each officer's portable or mobile radio on a department (Toledo PD, Oregon PD, LCSO, Toledo FD, etc.)? I realize this list would be exhaustive, but curious if anyone has one or started one. I also realize that if an officer changes their radio frequently then this would not be helpful.

(I tried seaching the answer 1st.)

While hopefully you'll find someone to share with you, your best way of getting a list is using and SDR dongle and a software program like DSD+FL (paid version), SDRTrunk, or Unitrunker V2.2.0.22, and let it run for a month or more to create your own list. It is a long slow process, some days only ading a few, other days adding hundreds, assuming they are sending the RIDs OTA.
