When I go into the menu to select service types it will not change screens when using the up and down arrows. It will not "Accept" either but will ok the choices on that first screen. Everything else seems to be working OK.

When I go into the menu to select service types it will not change screens when using the up and down arrows. It will not "Accept" either but will ok the choices on that first screen. Everything else seems to be working OK.

Unless your HP-2 (or HP-1) has the "Extreme Upgrade", you cannot edit favorites lists or other details on the scanner itself. Those must be done in Sentinel, with the changes then uploaded to the scanner.
