On the drive home from work about 3:30 there was a horse running westbound on 94 near meisner (ST Clair / Macomb county area)
Guess the horse made it down to the old weigh station before going back across traffic and over the fence towards the farms.
Had a bridle that appeared to be ripped on and no saddle. Nice bunch of traffic behind the horse as well.
