How do I change the aspect ratio

Hello, I was wondering if anybody knows how to get the aspect ratio set to 16.9 ratio? I have a computer connected to my T.V. screen every time I try to configure the settings part of the trunked plugin is cut out of the screen. I've tried adjusting the resolution, but to no avail. If there is anybody out there that knows how to do this it will be very well appreciated. I have other computers, but this one has a quad core in it.

TVs have overscan meaning the edges are cut off. Some tvs have an automatic resize option and your video card might have software to adjust for this.

Aspect ratio

Everything else in sdr# is aligned, but the trunker plugin is cut off or overlapped from the oscillator screen. It doesn't cut off to the edge of the tv screen.

Here is a screenshot, if you look at the bottom you'll see that the plugin is overlapped. I can't configure the plugin because, of this.

I think its in the plugin it self, does anyone know how to configure the plugin so that all of it shows?
