SDS100/SDS200: How to get DMR?

I am new to an SDS200, and discovered that the DMR function was not added when I made the purchase.

What is the process for adding it now ??

Scanner Master is charging $75.00 for a DMR upgrade. I think I remember purchasing it for $50.00 a few years back. All that was required was I had to do the setup myself. Where is the cheapest place to purchase DMR ? thank you for your time
