R9000 How to get IC-9100 talk on Zumspot

I can hear just fine, but no one hears me. I have read that I need to program 0.00 as offset and use DUP. The programing software does not allow me to enter a frequency other than blank or a standard offset. I choose blank and it does not work. I tried simplex and it does not work. Has anyone been able to get a IC-9100
