HP-1: How to load a state wide database in HP-1

Hi all,
Need Ideas on the best way to load a statewide database into my HP-1. It's New York State Electric & Gas. It's a trunked, P25 system with locations all over NY state.. When I put my ZIP in, it loads 18 channels that I have in a favorites list. How can I view those channels to see just what coverage I have? Do I have to put in zip codes from every site location, then add those channels to my favorites list?

Can I edit the favorites list to eliminate duplicates? Basically, I want to have every NYSEG CC in one favorites list, so I will hear them no matter where I am. I don't want to deal with a gps.

All ideas are most welcome!

Easiest to use Sentinel software to create the favorites list. In Sentinel, you can append the entire system to a favorite.
