Ive been monitoring 453.925 P25 NAC:293h that the unit set up on it's own but has been silent for an hour.
How to monitor Bell Gardens Police Department using an sds100?

453.925 is a Interoperability Channel for Bell Gardens, and probably only used when needed. The regular dispatch in on the Interagency Communications Interoperability (ICI) system, which is a P25 Phase 1 trunked system. That is what needs to be programmed into your sds100, along with the appropriate Tower, and the appropriate Service Types need to be turned on. But everything is encrypted!

Did Bells Gardens PD finally acquire a second frequency after all these years? Because of their physical location, every frequency was being used close by. APCO tried very hard to identify a frequency for Bell Gardens but being in the center of a heavy frequency used region didn't help matters.

Assuming RRDB is still accurate: only "Police Tac" TGID 2796 can be monitored (mode "D")
