How to program LMRN into a BCD 396T

I read some of the forums. I'm lost on how to program the new system. I'm from Norfolk County. I programmed the FleetNet system years ago.
Is there a step by step for the BCD396T?

Also noticed on the data base the control channel is the same. Is that correct?

You can't... LMRN is a Phase 2 system (and 95% encrypted). The 396 isn't compatible.
