How do I set up a baofeng BF-F8HP Pro to listen to Kentucky railroads?

You Tube is your best friend, anyway just put it on Freq mode and enter the frequency, go to next channel and repeat.

If you have the programming cable for it I would recommend using the software to program frequencies and settings.
