Special Election Planned On Communications Upgrades In Howell

A fire district referendum Oct. 29 puts a project for a communications tower, other equipment before voters in Howell.

I heard the County wants the State off their tower at the comm center on Kozloski so maybe this new tower would be where the Freehold NJICS site would move to.

Nice location but not all that high of a tower that they plan to build. 150ft tower is not all that big. Might be enough to cover the area where Millstone doesnt.
