Updated my database today and didn't find anything different. Only the VHF sites are showing up.

Just for S&G, I downloaded EZ-Scan for the PSR-800 and found that it shows 16 sites for the system.

At this point, I don't think there's anything wrong with the database. I think you need to seek out UPMan's help.

The cause is the 800 MHz sites not being extracted.

I see the latest HP Sentinel dB shows the sites, but no bandplan data for the 800 MHz sites. There is progress, and Uniden is definitely working on the issue.

No idea what happened or where that caused the issue.

In the mean time, you can copy that system to a FL and edit the Sites to add the standard bandplans.

I just released a x36 database update that corrects this issue (but as a local familiar with the system, I'd appreciate your review, as well...my validation is theoretical). HP version is still in testing. However, in the mean time, you could bring the system over to the HP by loading x36 Sentinel, creating a FL with that system, exporting the FL as and HPE, then importing into HP Sentinel.
