Sentinel: HPDB failure

While Read From/Write To, notices. BOTH, my 436HP, and my SDS100

When I tried to do an HPDB update. I got a 'remote server returned an error(550)'

Has anyone experienced this, lately?

Did you recently change your internet service provider? By any chance, are you using the HomePatrol Sentinel (Orange icon) instead of the BCDx36HP Sentinel (Green icon)? They may be doing maintenance on the server. Try it again later. I just updated my database and it worked OK.

Tried x36HP/SDS Sentinel now. HPDB update worked fine. But yeah, it's a commonly reported issue here...

No change in ISP. I am using the BCDx36HP Sentinel.
