I'm not a regular listener of the HSR (Hamilton transit for those who are wondering) so I'm not sure when this changed, but the continuous data transmissions on 410.7875 have been replaced by a voice repeater with a PL of 107.2. This seems to be their busiest channel now with 411.5375 (PL 97.4 I think; scanner is in the car) only showing occasional voice but lots of data bursts. Anyone have more details on these changes?

City of Hamilton is slowly rolling up a system wide upgrade. I don't have much more details than that personally, I'm keeping a closer eye on the Public Safety system.
