Hudson County Sheriff units/codes

I've been searching for any information on the Hudson County Sheriff's Office 10-codes and unit numbering. So far, I'm hearing mostly indecipherable traffic (if you couldn't tell, I'm not from NJ!) - also, do portables/mobiles respond on a different frequency from SO dispatch? I can only catch the dispatcher speaking, it seems like.

Half Digitial half analog. If you have a digital scanner set the auto type to all and remove the PL tone
