I noticed that Hudson County, New Jersey, for the Hudson County Sheriff Department, they are expired, why? Guessing that means they are no longer in existence but still still see their vehicles throughout Hudson County?

I'm currently in search for monitoring of Hudson County Sheriff, West New York, and Union City, so thanks for answering my inquiry.
Hudson County Sheriff's and WNY are full encryption. Union City operating on a trunked system but even from Essex County area I was never able to pick them up.
Hudson County Sheriff has moved to the trunked system few years ago, it is on full time encryption.

Their non-jail talkgroups were never added to the database.
Oh well, I listen to the dispatcher on North Bergen, Hudson County on my Motorola XPR6580, and carry a Uniden BCD324P25 hearing other services like NYPD and surrounding areas of the tri-area for my listening pleasure.
Could I please ask, I'm trying to locate their trunk system, can you help, Union City? I'm in North Bergen, possibly receivable.

Sadly that time will be here before many people think
Having recently seen a Hudson County police vehicle in our local park, about a week ago, I can confirm that the agency is very much still in existence.
I have not listened to the HCSO in a long time. Now that its encrypted, well, it is what it is.
I have not listened to Union City PD in ages, but reception always seemed to be spotty here in Bayonne going back to their UHF conventional days, even on a good outdoor antenna. Yet, I had no issues hearing North Bergen, Secaucus, or even agencies from southern Bergen County, such as Fairview.
