If you're in Michigan and haven't heard, this Saturday is the Hudsonville hamfest, sponsored by the Independent Repeater Association, who maintains a state-wide repeater network within the lower peninsula. The Independent Repeater Association does a good job maintaining a complicated repeater system which allows communication on VHF throughout most of the lower peninsula of Michigan, and they deserve our support.
