Still haven't figured out which branch of the gubermint regulates LED flashlight brightness. I think it's the FBF, Federal Bureau of Flashlights.

id like to know who regulates automobile headlight brightness...my general impression is no-one....but i digress

Perhaps it's one of them DTV antennas that'll allow us to pick-up stations 950 miles away?
