Anyone in the area on the shore that can help figure out what the deal is with the DMR activity for this system?

For a trip passing through the area yesterday, I had all 8 of the unique licensed frequencies for this license programmed. Between this trip and one earlier in the month, the 436 reported activity on these frequencies as DMR, CAP, and DT3 at one time or another. Really curious what the deal is but not enough yet to sit and figure it out...
Interestingly (or not), the FCC license doesn't indicate DMR... but that's not a big suprise... this seems to be the case with many licenses....
