So I have a question where I work my company uses the icall on the radios I know to program the talk group with i0 now I used to be able to hear the icalls but lately I haven’t been able to hear them any reason as to why I am no longer able to pick up or hear the icall I know my company still uses as I hear people say (can you give me and individual) also this is a p25 phase 2 system

iCalls are sent out briefly on the control channel and the scanner has to be monitoring the control channel at that exact time when that information are transmitted, or you scanner will not be aware of that iCalls are in progress at the site.

For talk groups the information are continuously repeated on the control channel to allow users who missed the initial information to join the TG, but iCall are just between two radios and doesn't need to be repeated for anyone else than just once on the control channel for that single radio that are being called.

If you monitor the voice channels, like in conventional or OFT programming then you'll catch all iCalls.

I'm here a lot
Forget about i0. Best bet is to turn ID SEARCH to ON. Hold on the system and be patient. Push E and enter to store all the i ID's in a Quick Save List.

That won't work for I-Calls. The OP is correct by using the i (small eye), then 0 (zero). Confirm you didn't inadvertenly put in an O (Oh) instead of a 0 (zero) would be my suggestion.
