I live right next to an SERS antenna

I am curios what are the benefits or negatives of literally having an SERS tower in Everett about 125 feet from my home

I seem to get decent reception on most SERS channels. Can being too close cause problems for other channels?

Anything I should be aware of living so close to a big antenna? It is about 70 feet high.
