I THINK...I read on one of the fourms someplace that TalkPCR did but, don't hold me to it.
Finding might be another problem since it has been discontinued for a few years.
TrunkPCR might...http://members.cox.net/fiftyone.50/TrunkPcr/TrunkPcr.html...Maybe even the Icom software.
