IC-R5 Help !

Ok,,,i have found it easier to scan a selected frequency range and when i receive radio traffic from a desired dept. i use the auto save by pushing V/M S.MW skip button. I wait for the beeps and it indicates that its been saved. Now i can't figure out how to monitor my saved frequencies.
I'm sorry if this is a stupid question. I have read and reread the manual. About to the end of my rope !!!
