hi everyone, im after the sw for a icom ic 40s the icom ic 40s is a comercial type transceiver.if anyone can help me with the programming lead and software ide be greatful .thankyou satob1 nsw australia

I just bought two Icom F40GS radios off of ebay. I ordered a service manual for these radios but it has not arrived yet. The radios were 400-430mhz split and I am going to wait to see what has to be changed to get them up into the 440-470 range. You guys get different radio models down under than we do in the states. Really not sure if that particular model (F40S?) is available here.

The Icom IC-40S is a very OLD 40 channel UHF CB radio (476-477 MHz), with 20 additional User programmable channels.
