Icom CS-R30 software won't install

I've made several attempts to install the Icom CS-R30 software using two different DVD/CD drives. It keeps hanging up while reading the data2.cab file. "data error(cyclic redundancy check).

I even try to copy the files from CD to a portable drive and that's the only file that would not copy.

Why doesn't Icom offer software for direct download like everyone else?
