ICOM Fall 2008 Rebate Promo

I understand that a lot of people never received their rebate checks from ICOM's Fall 2008 Promo. I was one of them.

I found out that the third party company that was issuing the rebates went bankrupt a short while after the promo started. To make matters worse, they never returned all the rebate forms to ICOM that hadn't been processed yet.

If you are due a rebate, go to ICOM's web site and choose the option for contacting them by email. Next choose "Customer Service" and tell them you are due a rebate. They will tell you how to submit a copy of your sales receipt and get the check mailed to you.

Even if you tried earlier to contact ICOM about this and didn't receive an answer from them, try again. Things are set up now for you to get your rebate just by having a copy of your sales receipt. No bar codes are necessary.

ICOM Rebate Snags

My first ICOM rebate check bounced, & the bank tacked on a fee.
The replacement rebate check,.... direct for ICOM Corp USA, did clear.
Sent ICOM a copy of bounced check & fee problem, ..... ICOM paid my check bounce fee.
Thank You ICOM for the new working 2M rig & coming thru on the rebate snags.
