On my ICOM ID-52A Plus, I have a local airport AM weather station programmed in (135.175). There is no receive, and the sound is muted for some reason (there's an X next to the speaker icon to the left of the volume indicator bar).

Not sure why is it muted? Not seeing a mute function anywhere and squelch does not have any affect on AM (the manual only shows the squelch function for FM modes, not AM or DV). I also tried both AM and AM-N modes with no change. It works fine on all the other modes for Rx and sound. Also took it off "SKIP" and no change as well.

I can hear the station fine on my SDR. Any clues? Thanks...

Thanks, looks like the Auto-Mute is for FM Radio. But there is also a Sub-Band Mute (which I set to "Off") for A/B Bands and AF Output Dual/Air Band which is "Off'. So many settings. Need to look into that. Plus, I think I found the issue.

135.175 is not within the B-Band receive range so I need to place it in the A Band range but that's not guaranteed per the specs below. Strange... Need to figure out how to change that.
